Delivery and payment condtions

1. Application area

www.spielmaterial.de delivers to the following terms of delivery and payment, which apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions (T & C).

2. Delivery conditions, availability

Orders are shipped by German postal service, DHL or Hermes.

The customer pays for a delivery in Germany:

Preferred order does costs 1 € more. Orders within Germany above 100 € (value of goods) are free of shipping charges.

If for technical or logistical reasons an order is processed in two or more shipments, the customer only pays once for shipping costs.

In case of a return due to incorrect or incomplete address information made by the customer, a new shipment is done if the customer informs about his correct address and pays for the new delivery again. In that case, the delivery fee also has to be paid, if the order amount was good for free shipping. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to a refund of his payment, less a processing fee of 5 €.

3. Delivery conditions, times & estimates

Delivery is mostly Post & DHL. Based on the thousands of orders from 2023 we can calculate estimates & theoretical values for the current year 2024. These numbers are estimated, experiences & delivery times may differ.
Within Germany, DHL posts to delivery on the next day in most cases. If that´s not possible, 96,3% of those orders are delivered on day 2. Please check your mails & spam folders for our delivery confirmations.
